Effect
[10 - 20]% of incoming damage is instead suppressed. When you use a Defensive, Subterfuge or a Macabre skill, all suppressed damage is amplified by x250% and explodes, dealing up to [X] Fire damage to Nearby enemies.

The Aspect of Revenge can only be found as a legendary item from monster or treasure drops, or by gambling with the Purveyor of Curiosities.
