Effect
Every 6 seconds, gain 1 stack of Overpower. Gaining Overpower spawns 1 Volatile Blood Drop, and collecting it causes it to explode, dealing [5 - 6] Physical damage around you.

The Blood Boiling Aspect can only be found as a legendary item from monster or treasure drops, or by gambling with the Purveyor of Curiosities.
