The Shard of Dawn Aspect is an Offensive Aspect. It can be imprinted on Gloves, Offhands, 1H Weapons, 2H Weapons, Rings and Amulets. It can be used by any class.
Shard of Dawn Aspect
Dawn's Haste provides up to 35% increased Attack Speed and 20% increased Movement Speed for 12 seconds.
While using this Aspect under the effect of Midwinter Ward (probably the whole area of Fractured Peaks), Night's Grasp's duration is reduced by 1 second after killing an enemy. It's not clear if this will trigger Dawn's Haste faster though.
How to get the Shard of Dawn
You can get the Shard of Dawn during the Midwinter Blight event, between December 12 and January 2. During this time you can earn

Note that while you can only obtain the Aspect during the event, you can still use the Aspect after the event. It's questionable how useful the Aspect will be after the event though.
If you plan to stock up on this Aspect, make sure to switch to World Tier I or II to get the cheaper version. On lower World Tiers, you can get Shard of Dawn Aspect

What is Night's Grasp
Night's Grasp is a status you gain when equiping Shard of Dawn Aspect
When under the effect of the Midwinter Ward, Night's Grasp is reduced by 1 second after each monster you kill.
What is Midwinter Ward
You gain the Midwinter Ward status when activating the totem in Kyovashad. This totem can be activated after leveling up your Midwinter Tribute to Tier III. Midwinter Ward lasts for 60 seconds.
When under the effect of Midwinter's Ward you gain 20% increased damage against Blightfiends and the Red-Cloaked Horror.
Effect
After 30 seconds of Night's Grasp, gain Dawn's Haste, increasing your Attack Speed by [20 - 40]% and Movement Speed by 20% for 12 seconds. While empowered by the Midwinter Ward, killing an enemy reduces Night's Grasp's duration by 1 second.
