Effect
Each Chilled or Frozen enemy you Evade through grants you a Barrier that absorbs [X] damage for 5 seconds, absorbing up to a maximum of [X * 5] damage.

The Snap Frozen Aspect can only be found as a legendary item from monster or treasure drops, or by gambling with the Purveyor of Curiosities.
