Effect
When Rabies infects an enemy, reduce its Cooldown by 1 seconds, tripled when infecting Elite enemies. You deal x[25 - 50]% increased damage to enemies affected by Rabies.
How to get Virulent Aspect
The Virulent Aspect can only be found as a legendary item from monster or treasure drops, or by gambling with the Purveyor of Curiosities.
The fastest way to get the Virulent Aspect is to gamble Offhands on a Druid.
