How to Create YaxVex

You can create YaxVex by adding the magic Yax Rune of Ritual and the legendary Vex Rune of Invocation to a two-socketed Helm, Chest Armor, Pants, or Two-Handed Weapon.

Vex - Gain +1 to all Skills for 10 seconds. (150)

Overflow

When YaxVex overflows, you receive the Vex Rune's overflow effect (More Skill ranks, up to 3.) 0.33 times.

Overflow occurs when your Ritual generates more Offering than required for the Invocation. The overflow effect is proportional to the amount Offering overflows.
