CirKel - Lethargic Inspiration

CirKel is a rare Runeword created by combining a Cir Rune of Ritual and a Kel Rune of Invocation.

How to Create CirKel

You can create CirKel by adding the magic Cir Rune of Ritual and the rare Kel Rune of Invocation to a two-socketed Helm, Chest Armor, Pants, or Two-Handed Weapon.

Cir - Cast 5 Skills then become exhausted for 3 seconds. (300)

Kel - Invoke the Paladins's Rally Skill, gaining Resource and Movement Speed for 8 seconds. (500)

Overflow

When CirKel overflows, you receive the Kel Rune's overflow effect (Increased Resource) 0.2 times.

Overflow occurs when your Ritual generates more Offering than required for the Invocation. The overflow effect is proportional to the amount Offering overflows.
