CirTeb - Lethargic Retribution

CirTeb is a magic Runeword created by combining a Cir Rune of Ritual and a Teb Rune of Invocation.

How to Create CirTeb

You can create CirTeb by adding the magic Cir Rune of Ritual and the magic Teb Rune of Invocation to a two-socketed Helm, Chest Armor, Pants, or Two-Handed Weapon.

Cir - Cast 5 Skills then become exhausted for 3 seconds. (300)

Teb - Invoke the Necromancer's

Iron Maiden

Skill, dealing damage over time and counterattacking damage from enemies. (100)

Overflow

When CirTeb overflows, you receive the Teb Rune's overflow effect (Increase damage by 1% per Offering) 2 times.

Overflow occurs when your Ritual generates more Offering than required for the Invocation. The overflow effect is proportional to the amount Offering overflows.
