XolTeb - Forbidden Retribution

XolTeb is a legendary Runeword created by combining a Xol Rune of Ritual and a Teb Rune of Invocation.

How to Create XolTeb

You can create XolTeb by adding the legendary Xol Rune of Ritual and the magic Teb Rune of Invocation to a two-socketed Helm, Chest Armor, Pants, or Two-Handed Weapon.

Teb - Invoke the Necromancer's

Skill, dealing damage over time and counterattacking damage from enemies. (100)

Overflow

When XolTeb overflows, you receive the Teb Rune's overflow effect (Increase damage by 1% per Offering) 0.5 times.

Overflow occurs when your Ritual generates more Offering than required for the Invocation. The overflow effect is proportional to the amount Offering overflows.
