FeoTzic is a rare Runeword created by combining a Feo Rune of Ritual and a Tzic Rune of Invocation.

How to Create FeoTzic

You can create FeoTzic by adding the rare Feo Rune of Ritual and the rare Tzic Rune of Invocation to a two-socketed Helm, Chest Armor, Pants, or Two-Handed Weapon.

Tzic - Invoke the Spiritborn's

Concussive Stomp

Skill, dealing damage and Knocking Down enemies. (200)

Overflow

When FeoTzic overflows, you receive the Tzic Rune's overflow effect (Increase damage by 1% per Offering) 4 times.

Overflow occurs when your Ritual generates more Offering than required for the Invocation. The overflow effect is proportional to the amount Offering overflows.
