How to Create FeoWat

You can create FeoWat by adding the rare Feo Rune of Ritual and the rare Wat Rune of Invocation to a two-socketed Helm, Chest Armor, Pants, or Two-Handed Weapon.

Overflow

FeoWat can not overflow because the Wat Rune does not have an overflow effect.
