Where is the Eternity Cache
The Eternity Cache can be found at the end of the Temporal Sanctum dungeon in the Ruined Coast, after defeating Chronomancer Julra. There is a conveniently placed stash next to the Cache, so you don't have to worry about bringing items into the dungeon.
The Ruined Coast can be reached through the time rift behind the door in the eastern cliff face in The Shining Cove. This time rift links the Divine Era version of the cove to the Ruined Era.

How Does the Eternity Cache Work
The Eternity Cache offers a way to create powerful Legendary items by combining Unique and Exalted items. To start, you need to select a Unique item with Legendary Potential and pair it with an Exalted item that has exactly 4 unsealed affixes. It's important to note that the Eternity Cache ignores sealed affixes.
When choosing your items, ensure they are of the same type. They can be either specific to a class or not, but if both are class-specific, they must be for the same class. If you transfer a class-specific affix to a non-class-specific Unique item, the resulting Legendary item will inherit that class specificity.
The key to the Cache lies in the Legendary Potential of your Unique item. Legendary Potential ranges from 0 to 4 and determines the number of affixes that will be transferred from the Exalted item to your newly forged Legendary item. Remember, each affix has an equal chance of being transferred, and the affixes already on the Unique item will stay as they are.
It's worth noting that Unique items of lower levels tend to have more Legendary Potential compared to those found in the end game.
To create your Legendary item, place both the Unique and Exalted items into the Cache and seal it in the Eternal Era. Then, use the Temporal Shift to transition to the Ruined Era, where you can open the Cache to reveal your Legendary item. The item level of this new Legendary will be recalculated based on its affixes.
